fa بررسی مؤلفه‌های ارتقاء صمیمیت زوج‌ها: یک تحلیل کیفی مشاوره خانواده Family Counseling پژوهشي Research <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">هدف: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">صمیمیت یک نیاز اساسی در انسان و یکی از پایه‌های زندگی زناشویی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مؤلفه‌های ارتقاء صمیمیت زوج‌ها انجام شد. <strong>روش: </strong>این پژوهش به صورت کیفی و بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه افراد متاهل شهر شیراز بودند که حداقل یک سال از ازدواجشان می‌گذشت و از بین آنها 10 نفر با توجه به اشباع داده مورد مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. سؤال اصلی پژوهش این بود که &laquo;زوج‌ها از طریق چه روش‌هایی می‌توانند صمیمیت بین خودشان را افزایش دهند؟&raquo; <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>طبق یافته‌ها. مقوله‌های عمده عبارت بودند از: انتقاد سازنده، گفتگوی سازنده و بی قضاوت، مهارت‌های گفتگو، حمایت و تکیه گاه بودن، احترام متقابل، تفریح، صفات بین فردی، هماهنگی در ابعاد متفاوت زندگی، ارتباط با سیستم‌های اطراف، مرزگذاری، رشد و بالندگی، احترام به خواسته‌ها و علائق، درک متقابل، پذیرش، تقسیم اقتضایی وظایف، توجه به نیازهای متقابل، شناخت و فردیت یافتگی و مقوله‌های هسته‌ای عبارت بودند از: ارتباط مؤثر و درک تفاوت ها. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>در پژوهش حاضر مشخص شد که دو دسته از عوامل در افزایش صمیمیت زوج‌ها موثرند.این عوامل هم مفاهیم درون خانوادگی و هم مفاهیم برون خانودگی را در بر می‌گیرند. بر این اساس پیشنهاد می‌شود که با ارتقا مهارت‌های ارتباط مؤثر و همچنین مهارت‌های درک و پذیرش در زوج‌ها، زمینه افزایش صمیمیت آنها را فراهم کرد</span></span></span> <strong>Aim</strong>: Intimacy is a basic human need and one of the principals of marital life. This study aimed to investigate the factors enhancing couple&rsquo;s intimacy. This research was conducted qualitatively, based on grounded theory. <strong>Methods:</strong> The population included all married individuals from Shiraz who were married for at least one year. Ten of them were interviewed using semi-structured questions until data saturation was reached. The main question of the research was &quot;In what ways couples may enhance their intimacy?&quot;. <strong>Findings:</strong> According to the findings, the main categories were: constructive criticism, constructive and non-judgmental conversation, conversational skills, support and reliability, mutual respect, fun, interpersonal character, harmony in different aspects, relationship with surrounding systems, boundary, growth and development, respect for desires and interests, mutual understanding, acceptance, task allocation, caring to mutual needs, knowing each other and individualization, and core categories were: effective communication and understanding of differences. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> In the present study, two categories of factors are effective in promoting the intimacy of couples. These factors include both intra-family and extra-family concepts.
