fa ادراک مشاوران مراکز مشاوره دانشگاه ها از نقش خود در پیشگیری ازمصرف روان گردانها در دانشجویان Perception of counselors of university counseling centers about their role in preventing the use of psychoactive substances in students مشاوره مدرسه School counselor پژوهشي Research هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه ادراک مشاوران مراکز مشاوره دانشگاهها از نقش خود در پیشگیری از مصرف روانگردانها در دانشجویان بود. روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه این تحقیق، مشاوران مراکز مشاوره دانشگاهها بودند. گروه نمونه شرکتکننده در پژوهش شامل 13 نفر از مشاوران (باتجربه در زمینه اعتیاد) مراکز مشاوره دانشگاههای  تهران، علامهطباطبائی، الزهرا، صنعتی شریف، صنعتی امیرکبیر، علم و صنعت، خواجه نصیرالدین طوسی، صنعتی اصفهان، اصفهان، تبریز، گیلان، شیراز و فردوسی مشهد بودند.روش نمونهگیری در پژوهش حاضر به صورت هدفمند ملاکی بود. دادههای مرتبط با سؤال پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته جمعآوری شدند و یافتههای پژوهش به روش تحلیل مضمون، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها:پس از تحلیل مصاحبهها و کدگذاری آنها ، 30 مضمون فرعی و 9 مضمون اصلی شامل: توجه مشاوران به عوامل خطر، آگاهی بخشی به دانشجویان، آگاهی بخشی به افراد مؤثر در ارتباط با دانشجویان، آموزشهای پیشگیرانه، مداخله درمانی مبتنی بر چارچوب حرفهای، توجه مشاوران به مؤلفههای تسهیلگری در پیشگیری، ظرفیت مؤثر دانشگاه در پیشگیری، بازدارندههای مؤثر در توجه مشاوران به موضوع پیشگیری و نقش عوامل مؤثر جامعهمحور در پیشگیری استخراج گردید. نتیجهگیری: براساس یافتههای بهدست آمده، میتوان بیان کرد که مشاوران مراکز مشاوره دانشگاهها با وجود توجه بر فعالیتهای آگاهیبخش و آموزش مهارتها، بیشتر بر نقش درمان و پیشگیری ثانویه و ثالث توجه دارند و در نقش پیشگیری اولیه، عوامل دیگر را مؤثرتر میدانستند. بنابراین لازم است تا مراکز مشاوران دانشگاهها در زمینه پیشگیری اولیه مؤثرتر عمل کنند و در جهت انجام اقدامات بیشتری در این زمینه گام بردارند، لذا تدوین یک برنامه منسجم و برگزاری دورههای آموزشی برای مشاوران در این مورد از طرف مقامات بالادستی برای تمام دانشگاهها ضروری است. Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the perceptions of university counseling center counselors regarding their role in preventing substance abuse among students. Method: This research adopted a qualitative approach and used thematic analysis. The research population consisted of counselors from university counseling centers. The sample group included 13 experienced counselors in the field of addiction from the counseling centers of universities in Tehran, Allameh Tabatabai, Alzahra, Sharif University of Technology, Amirkabir University of Technology, Iran University of Science and Technology, Khajeh Nasir al-Din Tusi University, University of Isfahan, University of Esfahan, University of Tabriz, University of Gilan, University of Shiraz, and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. The sampling method used was purposeful sampling. Data related to the research question were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. Findings: After analyzing the interviews and coding them, 30 sub-themes and 9 main themes were extracted, including: counselors' attention to risk factors, awareness-raising for students, awareness-raising for influential individuals in relation to students, preventive education, therapeutic interventions based on professional frameworks, counselors' attention to facilitative components in prevention, the effective capacity of universities in prevention, effective barriers to counselors' attention to prevention, and the role of community-based factors in prevention. Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that although counselors at university counseling centers focus on awareness-raising activities and skill-building, they are more focused on therapeutic roles and secondary and tertiary prevention, and regard other factors as more effective in primary prevention. Therefore, university counseling centers need to be more effective in primary prevention and take further steps in this area.
