fa نیازسنجی مسیر شغلی کودکان پیش دبستانی كاربردي Applicable <p>هدف این پژوهش تعیین نیازهای مسیر شغلی کودکان پیش دبستانی در سال 94-1393 در شهر اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش اکتشافی- توصیفی است. به منظور نیازسنجی 377 نفر از والدین کودکان پیش دبستانی به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده ها به وسیله‌ی پرسشنامه‌ی 91 سوالی نیازهای مسیر شغلی کودکان پیش دبستانی صورت گرفت(خراسانی،1394). پایایی پرسشنامه براساس آلفای کرونباخ 96/0 گزارش شده و روایی محتوایی آن نیز مورد تأیید است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS 16 در دو سطح آمار توصیفی(میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی(t مستقل) انجام گرفت. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های توصیفی، نیازهای مسیر شغلی کودکان پیش دبستانی به ترتیب اولویت دلبستگی و نیازهای عاطفی کودکان، اعتماد مسیر شغلی، کنترل مسیر شغلی، تأثیر الگویی والدین، خودآگاهی، دغدغه/کنجکاوی مسیر شغلی و افزایش دانش والدین از مسیر شغلی کودکان به دست آمد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین دو جنس دختر و پسر و دامنه سنی 6-5 و 7-6&nbsp;سال&nbsp;از&nbsp;نظر&nbsp;اولویت&nbsp;نیازهای مسیر شغلی کودکان پیش دبستانی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (0/05>P). کاربرد این پژوهش در برنامه های رشد مسیر شغلی و آموزش مسیر شغلی کودکان پیش دبستانی پیشنهاد می گردد.</p> <div style="text-align: left">The purpose of this study was to explore the needs of preschool children&rsquo;s&rsquo; career in year of 2014-15 in Isfahan city. The design was exploratory-descriptive. In this study 377 preschool children&rsquo;s&rsquo; parents selected by using multistage cluster sampling. Data was collected by preschool children&rsquo;s&rsquo; career needs questionnaire with 91 items(khorasani, 2015). The questionnaire reliability coefficient was 0/96 based on Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha coefficient and the content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. The analysis of data was by descriptive statistics and analysis of independent sample T test by using SPSS-18. After analysis of descriptive data, preschool children&rsquo;s career needs obtained in order of priority: Attachment and emotional support, career confidence, career control, the effect of parental role models, career self-awareness, career concern/curiosity, increasing parents&rsquo; knowledge of children&rsquo;s career. Also the results indicated that there was no significant differences between both genders and both age ranges(5-6 and 6-7) in priority of preschool children&rsquo;s career needs (p<0/05).
