fa تجربۀ زیستۀ فداکاری در ازدواج‌های پایدار )یک مطالعۀ پدیدارشناسی توصیفی روان‌شناسانه( عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف :</strong> فداکاری مؤلفه‌ای مهم برای پایداری و ارتقائ کیفیت روابط زناشویی است. ازاین‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تجربۀ زیستۀ پدیدۀ فداکاری در زندگی زناشویی و مشخص کردن ساختار نهایی آن در شرکت‌کنندگان پژوهش است.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> &nbsp;<strong>روش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعۀ کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی روان&shy;شناسانه است که در آن 10 شرکت‌کننده (5 مرد و 5 زن) به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبۀ عمیق استفاده شد و این روند تا مرحلۀ اشباع داده&shy;ها ادامه داشت.<br> &nbsp;<strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> تحلیل داده‌ها، 12 جزء تشکیل‌دهنده فداکاری را در بافت زندگی زناشویی نشان داد که عبارت&shy;اند از: 1- داشتن حس عشق و علاقه به همسر و درک شدن در زندگی زناشویی؛ 2- داشتن حس انسانیت، وجدان و رشد شخصی؛ 3- مؤثر دانستن عقاید مذهبی، دینی و معنوی در رفتارهای فداکارانه؛ 4- حس لزوم متقابل بودن رفتارهای فداکارانه؛ 5- ادراک فداکاری یک‌طرفه و آسیب‌زا؛ 6-اعتقاد به همبسته‌های رفتار فداکارانه نظیر گذشت، صبر و تحمل سختی‌ها؛ 7- لزوم ادراک رفتار فداکارانه همسر به‌صورت مورد قدردانی قرار گرفتن؛ 8- معنای فداکاری به‌عنوان عدم خودخواهی و گذشتن از خود برای دیگری؛ 9- داشتن یک نگرش بلندمدت و متعهدانه به زندگی زناشویی؛ 10- فداکاری به خاطر عوامل بیرون از سیستم زن‌وشوهری مانند داشتن فرزندان و جامعه؛ 11- الگو گیری از خانواده مبدأ؛ و 12- ادراک تفاوت‌های جنسیتی در تجربه رفتار فداکارانه.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: نتایج این مطالعه دستاوردهای فراوانی برای مراکز مشاوره و متخصصان زوج‌درمانی در بردارد. فهم ساختار پدیدۀ فداکاری در زندگی زناشویی، آن‌گونه که در این مطالعه آمده است، می&shy;تواند به زوج هاکمک کند تا از ناخشنودی در زندگی زناشویی جلوگیری نموده و کیفیت و رضایت زناشویی خود را بهبود بخشند.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Purpose:</strong> Sacrifice is regarded an important component in improving the quality of enduring marital relationship.
