fa ساخت و اعتبارسنجی پرسشنامه سلامت خانواده ایرانی كاربردي Applicable <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> پژوهش حاضر با هدف ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه سلامت خانواده ایرانی انجام شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش عبارت بود از تمامی خانواده‌های شهر تهران در سال ۱۳۹۶ که&nbsp; حداقل دارای یک فرزند بودند. ۸۵۳ نفر از والدین شهر تهران به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب و نمونه پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده عبارت بودند از مقیاس‌های عملکرد خانواده (اپشتاین، بالدوین و بیشاب، ۱۹۸۳)، رضایت زناشویی انریچ (اولسون و همکاران، ۱۹۸۹) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سلامت خانواده ایرانی (</span></span><span dir="LTR">IFHQ</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">). برای بررسی روایی سازه از همبستگی درونی و تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. همچنین به منظور بررسی پایایی از روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و بازآزمایی پس از دو هفته استفاده شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> نتایج پژوهش نشان داد پرسشنامه سلامت خانواده ایرانی برخوردار است. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که این پرسشنامه دارای ۵ زیرمقیاس فردی، زناشویی، والدگری، خانوادگی و فرهنگی اجتماعی است. همچنین میزان پایایی بازآزمایی کل مقیاس ۹۱/۰</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و برای زیرمقیاس‌های فردی ۷۷/۰، زناشویی ۸۹/۰، والدگری ۸۱/۰، خانوادگی ۹۲/۰ و فرهنگی اجتماعی ۷۸/۰ به دست آمد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> با توجه به ویژگی‌های روانسنجی مطلوب پرسشنامه سلامت خانواده ایرانی جهت نیل به اهداف پژوهشی و درمانی در جمعیت ایرانی قابل استفاده است. </span></span><br> <br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: left;"></div> <div style="text-align: left;"><strong>Aim</strong>: The current research was aimed at constructing and validating the Iranian Family Health Questioner.<strong> Methods:</strong> This was a correlation research in which 853 parents in the city of Tehran with at least one child were selected via cluster random sampling method and then assessed by Family Assessment Device(FAD), Marital satisfaction (ENRICH) and Iranian Family Health Questioner (IFHQ) which was constructed by the researchers. For investigating the construct validity, internal correlation, and factor analysis were used. In order to verify the reliability of the method, Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficients was used and retest after was run after two weeks. <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed a sufficiently high validity and reliability. Factor analysis results show that the Iranian Family Health Questioner consisted&nbsp; of five sub-scales, namely: marital, individual, family, parenting and socio-cultural. In addition, retest reliability for whole scale was at 91/0 and for individual at 77/0, for marital dimension at 89/0, for parenting at 81/0, for family at 92/0, and for socio-cultural factors at 78/0. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Therefore, from research and therapeutic point of view the questionnaire seems to be appropriate for the Iranian population.<br> &nbsp;</div> سلامت خانواده, خانواده ایرانی, اعتباریابی, مشخصات روان‌سنجی.
