fa ارائه الگوی مداخلات مشاوره ای انجمن مشاوره ایران در بحران زلزله کرمانشاه مبتنی بر تحلیل روایت پژوهشي Research هدف این پژوهش ارائه الگوی مداخلات مشاوره ای انجمن مشاوره ایران در بحران زلزله کرمانشاه است. <strong>روش:</strong> &nbsp;<a>روش پژوهش، روش تحقیق روایتی است</a><a href="#_msocom_1" id="_anchor_1" name="_msoanchor_1"><span dir="RTL">[D1]</span></a>&nbsp;<a href="#_msocom_2" id="_anchor_2" name="_msoanchor_2"><span dir="RTL">[sk2]</span></a>&nbsp;. در این پژوهش، زلزله کرمانشاه در تاریخ 21/8/96 آغاز روایت در بحث مدیریت بحران محسوب می شود. انجمن مشاوره ایران به مدت 6 ماه در منطقه حضور یافت. داستان های مورد توجه در این پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه با اعضای ثابت و مستقر در منطقه که 45 نفر نیروی اعزامی در مقاطع تحصیلی کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری بود، حاصل شد. <strong>یافته ها: </strong><a>ساختار مدیریت بحران انجمن مشاوره ایران در دو سطح عملکرد اختصاصی و عملکرد عمومی ارائه شد. در این فرایند، عملکرد عمومی اشاره به سطح کنشگران (ویژگی های شخصیتی مشاوران) دارد که تمامی عملکرد های اختصاصی را نیز تحت الشعاع خود قرار می دهد.&nbsp; عملکرد اختصاصی، دارای سه زیرمجموعه است که عبارتند از: الف- عملکرد کاهش بحران، ب-&nbsp; عملکرد ایجاد ثبات، ج- عملکرد توانمندسازی. در هر یک از عملکردهای مذکور، فنون و فرایندهای مشاوره ای مختص به آن عملکرد اجرا گردید. عملکردها بر خلاف مضامین، عناصری در درون روایت نیستند بلکه خود روایت هستند وکل روایت چیزی جز توالی عملکردها نیست. </a><a href="#_msocom_3" id="_anchor_3" name="_msoanchor_3"><span dir="RTL">[D3]</span></a>&nbsp;<a href="#_msocom_4" id="_anchor_4" name="_msoanchor_4"><span dir="RTL">[sk4]</span></a>&nbsp;<strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری: </strong>نتایج حاصل از اقدامات مداخله در بحران به دنبال سوانح، نه تنها به ارتقاء سلامت روان بازماندگان&nbsp; کمک می کند بلکه نقشی مثبت در کاهش مشکلات جسمانی و روان شناختی در دوران پس از سانحه <a>دارند.</a><a href="#_msocom_5" id="_anchor_5" name="_msoanchor_5"><span dir="RTL">[D5]</span></a>&nbsp;<a href="#_msocom_6" id="_anchor_6" name="_msoanchor_6"><span dir="RTL">[sk6]</span></a>&nbsp; <div> <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" ></div> <strong>The purpose of this article is presenting the Crisis Intervention pattern from </strong>Iranian counseling association<strong> in the Kermanshah earthquake crisis based on narrative analysis. Method: </strong>The research method is narrative research method. In this research, the earthquake in Kermanshah on 21/8/96 is the beginning of the story in the crisis management discussion. Iranian counseling association has been in the region for 6 months. The stories in this study were obtained through interviews with locally based members, of which 45 were deployed in graduate and postgraduate degrees. <strong>Results</strong>: The crisis management structure of Iranian counseling association was presented at two levels of proprietary performance and public performance. In this process, public performance refers to the level of actors (personality characteristics of consultants) that overwhelms all of the proprietary functions. The proprietary function has three subfolders that are: A) performance reduction, b) performance stability, c) empowerment performance. In each of these functions, the techniques and processes were performed specifically to that function.
