fa اثربخشی واقعیت‌درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب بر سرمایه‌ی روان‌شناختی دختران نوجوان بی‌سرپرست كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی واقعیت‌درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب بر بهبود سرمایه روان‌شناختی دختران نوجوان بی‌سرپرست صورت گرفت.<br> <strong>روش</strong>: روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل دختران نوجوان ساکن مرکز بهزیستی شهید هاشمی‌نژاد شهر مشهد بود. نمونه آماری پژوهش 24 نفر از افراد در دسترسی بودندکه نمره پایینی در پرسشنامه سرمایه روان‌شناختی لوتانز (۲۰۰۷) کسب نموده و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. سپس تئوری انتخاب به‌صورت گروهی در 8 گام برای آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش اجرا شد وگروه کنترل مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. درانتها، از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌</strong><strong>ها:</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داد که واقعیت‌درمانی گروهی بر افزایش سرمایه روان‌شناختی و مولفه‌های آن (امیدواری، خوشبینی، خودکارآمدی و تاب‌آوری) در گروه آزمایش مؤثر بود.<br> -<strong>نتیجه‌</strong><strong>گیری</strong>: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان از این رویکرد در مراکز نگهداری نوجوانان بی‌سرپرست و کانون‌های اصلاح و تربیت استفاده کرد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of reality therapy based on choice theory on psychological capital of orphan adolescent girls. The research method was semi-experimental with pretest-posttest design and control group. The statistical population of this study included all adolescent girls aged 13-19 living in Mashhad welfare center. The statistical sample included 24 people who had a low score on the Luthans Psychological Capital Questionnaire and were randomly assigned to both experimental and control groups. Then, the choice theory was performed in 8 steps for the experimental group. Finally, the post-test was taken from both the experimental and control groups. Covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. Findings show that the reality therapy based on choice theory has been effective on increasing the psychological capital in the experimental group. Implementing reality-based therapy has increased the components of hope, optimism, self-efficacy, and resilience.
